Shipping Policy

Orders are usually shipped within 5-7 Business Days (Monday – Friday)

Quality delivery time is 10-15 (Monday – Friday)


Shipping costs:
For all orders shipping is free.

While we use reasonable efforts to meet the shipping and delivery dates provided above, we are not responsible for late deliveries.

Order changes

Once your order is confirmed, it cannot be changed or canceled. If you wish to return a product, you must initiate the returns procedure once you have received the goods.

Item not received

If you have successfully placed an order and have not received it, even though the tracking status shows that the goods have been delivered. You can contact the carrier to locate your bag as once the item has been shipped, we have no control over it (once it has been dispatched by the carrier), but if the problem persists, please email us at and we will do our best to assist and resolve the issue as soon as possible.

Sometimes tracking information is not available. This could be due to a technical issue that causes the tracking information to not update on the app. In such cases, if you still cannot find your item, contact us at and we will help you to resolve the issue as soon as possible.

Shipping confirmation & Order tracking

You will receive a Shipment Confirmation email once your order has shipped which contains a tracking number. The tracking number will be active within 24 – 72 hours.
